Key Activities 2026/2027

The 2026/2027 financial year will see Catalina Estate complete its final stages of development. 

The following stages of civil construction works are to be undertaken:

• 80 lots in Stage 44 (Catalina Green);
• 54 lots in Stage 47 (Catalina Green);
• 8 lots in Stage 49C (Catalina Green);
• 16 lots in Stage 51 (Catalina Beach).

The remaining program of landscaping works across Catalina, including:

• Construction and landscaping of the Stage 45 park in Catalina Green;
• Landscaping along the Greenlink in Catalina Green.
