About Us
The Catalina Regional Council (CRC) is the corporate entity representing the interests of seven local governments in the urban development of 170 hectares of land in Clarkson and Mindarie in Perth’s northern suburbs.
The Council was established by proclamation in the Government Gazette on 3 February 2006 for the specific purpose of creating an urban development on a 165 hectare portion of Lot 9504, located immediately south of Neerabup Road and north of a portion of Lot 9504 that is leased to the Mindarie Regional Council to operate the Tamala Park Landfill Facility.
The 7 local government participants are joint owners of Lot 9504, which covers an area of 432 hectares in the local authority district of the City of Wanneroo ownership of the land by the participant local authorities is as follows:-
